🧘♀️ 🧘 In this 5 week series explore the world of yoga and the different types of practices that you may encounter 🧘♀️ 🧘
Week 1: Foundations of Yoga
- We will go over some of the most used yoga poses and explore form and alignment.
Week 2: Hatha Yoga & Mindfulness Practice
- Longer holds with slower movements with a short mindfulness practice at the end.
Week 3: Yin Yoga
- Hold gentle yoga poses for 3 - 5 minutes to really work the fascia, ligaments and tendons.
Week 4: Breath work and a Yoga Flow
- A little faster paced but we will keep it beginner friendly! Move with the breath through your poses in a Vinyasa Style Practice.
Week 5: Restorative Yoga and Meditation
- Restorative practice is a prop heavy class. We will use blankets, bolsters and blocks to get into relaxed yoga poses.
At the end we will have a guided Meditation during Savasana.
Registration for this series is $89 for all 5 classes.
Preregistration is required for this series.
There are no partial refunds of series registration for missed classes.
Each class builds on the next.
